The cottage is generously equipped with crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. Ample towels, bed linen and duvets are provided. There is a television, video recorder, CD and cassette player and an interesting collection of books, guides, board games and jigsaw puzzles. It is well insulated, has full central heating and is fully carpeted.
	KITCHEN The galley-style kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
	ENTRANCE/DINING The entrance hall/dining area has an attractive dresser with matching dining table and four chairs.
	SITTING ROOM The sitting room features a charming, hand-built stone fireplace, with wood mantle piece, giving a cosy atmosphere to the room and contains a three-piece cottage suite, book shelves, nest of tables and standard lamp
	DOUBLE BEDROOM Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and pretty Edwardian dressing table and wardrobe and overlooks the front lawn and neighbouring fields. The room also contains the airing cupboard.
	TWIN BEDROOM Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, an Edwardian dressing table and hanging space.
	BATHROOM The bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and large bath. An electric shower has recently been installed, over the bath.
	GARDEN To the front of the property is a small patio area, with table and chairs, from which steps lead up to the front lawn. Off road parking is available at the end of the garden.
