1. PAYMENTS-a non-returnable Reservation Fee of £50 is requested with all bookings. The balance of your rental must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a Refundable Security Deposit of £100. Should a booking be made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, the full rental must be paid at the time of booking.
2. INSURANCE-Accidents, injury & other mishaps can happen after you have made your reservation which might force you to cancel or cut short your holiday. Therefore it is essential that you have adequate comprehensive Holiday Travel Insurance as we regret we cannot refund payments once made.
3. NUMBER IN PARTY-at the time of booking you must provide the names of all members of the party (maximum 4) Any change should be notified to us.
4. TIME OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE-Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, arriving no earlier than 4pm & departing no later than 10am to allow time to prepare for the next guests. We ask that you leave the cottage clean & tidy.
5. RIGHT OF ENTRY-We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any time for necessary maintenance or emergencies
